Antigone

Last week we got a new addition to the family. Antigone (or Tiggy) is an energetic bundle of stripes who goes from 0 to 10 in less than a second and who, luckily for me, is highly photogenic.

Richmond Park. Again

Normally when visiting Richmond Park, I seek out the deer. Today I decided to focus on two species that might not be as exciting, but are just as fun to photograph: Dogs and Swans.

The doubts were plenty, the cynics were en mass, but London has come good. For once, I've been happy and proud to be living in this city. Well done to everyone who has been involved in the Olympics, and thanks. It's been grand.

Ponty's Big Weekend

Every year in Pontypridd, acts gather for Ponty's Big Weekend. This year's Saturday headliner was Olly Murs supported by the likes of Cover Drive, Diana Vickers and Lucie Jones. It was a great day thankfully overlooked by sunshine, and having recently received a 55-200 lens for my birthday, I got to put it straight into practice.

Kam & Sally at Ponty's Big Weekend
Kam and Sally have been working together for 15 years which makes them the perfect radio pair. Along with their newsreader Sir Tim of John and producer Stevie Jingles, they bring South Wales a bit of sunshine every morning, whatever the weather.
